Staff Guide
Follow these four steps to issue a verified digital badge or certificate to any EdTech training graduate.
Go to Templates → New Template. Choose between a Badge or Certificate type. Add a title, description, issuer name, badge image, and brand color. Save when done.
Go to Recipient Lists → Create a new list. Add individual recipients manually (name) or upload a CSV file with a "name" column for bulk entry.
Go to Issue Badge → Select a template → Enter the recipient name or upload a CSV. Optionally attach a PDF certificate and select a poster template. Click "Issue Badge".
Once issued, go to Issued Badges → find the recipient → copy their verification link. Send it to them via email or WhatsApp so they can view and share their credential.
Tips & Features
Poster Templates
Create a 1200×1200 poster background in Poster Templates so recipients get a social-media-ready image with their badge.
PDF Certificates
You can upload a PDF certificate file when issuing a badge — it will appear as a downloadable on the recipient's verification page.
Revoke a Badge
From Issued Badges, use the menu (⋮) → Revoke Badge if a credential needs to be invalidated. It can also be re-issued later.
Bulk Issuance via CSV
On the Issue Badge page, switch to "Bulk CSV" mode and upload a file with a "name" column to issue to multiple recipients at once.
Email Templates
Customize the notification email recipients receive in Email Templates. Set a default template that will be used for all badge issuances.
Verification Page
Every badge has a public verification page at /Verify?id=... — recipients can share this link so employers can confirm the credential is authentic.
